Reviews
Food is good. Service is spot on and you can eat at the bar, outside or tables. They do a very large amount of Togo orders. The Greek night is awesome; lots of hard work on homemade dishes with recipes from Johnny's YaYa! Last Wednesday of the month from 4 pm to 9pm or until sold out. Make a reservation or you might not get in.
The Ranch House has not disappointed! We have been in Alton working on a house and have went back several times. Good food, friendly people, and great prices. Hidden gem....
No offensive, but their sprite wasn't spriting enough for my liking, but everything else was kinda suspicious. There was an Among Us in my pepperoni pizza, and it gave it so much delicious flavor. This place would have gotten 5 stars, but their sprite was not spriting, someone spat in my drank yo.
Stopped by here for lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious. Their 1/4 burgers are smashed and crispy on edges. Sooo good. They have specials theu out the weeks cheeseburger $2.25 on Tuesday and Thursday yum. A little dicey but I loved it will definitely be going back to try other things.
I am updating my review and I'll start off by saying, the same thing I said, in my last review. "Ranch House is a dive bar with a down home comfort food kitchen." I have now lived in Godfrey for four years and Ranch House is in my regular rotation of eating out. Typically, I get carry-out, except on Tuesday or Thursday. On those days, they have $2.50 Cheeseburger (dine-in only) with drink purchase. I'll order a cold beer and add an order fries, to make a very affordable lunch. My favorites are; Jalapeño Burger, Pork Tenderloin (grilled) Sandwich and Fried Chicken. Their fried chicken use to be only available on Wednesday. It became so popular, it is now available, Saturday and Sunday, too. Don't forget, the last Wednesday of each month is Greek Night. Their regular menu is put aside and they pull out a special Greek Menu for the day. First time I went, I was blown away. The quality of their Greek food was easily as good as a STL Greek restaurant. Customer service is friendly. It may not be overly attentive, but it is a very busy dive bar, but you'll still get good and adequate service.
